GE Healthcare, Circle Health Group Ink 10-Year Partnership Deal

GE Healthcare signed a 10-year partnership deal with UK independent healthcare provider Circle Health Group. GE Healthcare will provide medical equipment across its portfolio to Circle Health’s national network of 50 hospitals across the UK, as well as installation, services, consultancy, and financing.
 
GE Healthcare Financial Services will provide about $70 million to finance acquisition of new medical equipment. The company will work with construction contractors to install the equipment.
 
The agreement includes a servicing contract to maintain Circle’s medical imaging equipment, including technology not provided by GE. GE will also provide digital consultancy for the ongoing process of integrating the IT systems and electronic patient records.
